Kristina Costa is Speechwriter to the Chair and Counselor at the Center for American Progress. She also conducts research and writes on Social Impact Bonds and other topics in government reform. She has presented on Social Impact Bonds domestically and internationally. Prior to joining the executive team, Costa worked with CAP’s Doing What Works project and the Economic Policy department, writing on issues in regulatory policy, innovation, education and infrastructure, among other areas. She received her B.A. in political philosophy from Wellesley College.
